2. Review existing benefits that many HEOs are unaware of, such as the $2,500 salary assignment differential (for excellence of performance and accretion of duties), the advanced degree salary differentials for aHEOs and in 2027 also for HEas, and the HEO-CLT Professional Development Award.
3. How to understand the salary schedules and how to calculate your retroactive pay.
