November 5 is I Stand With Immigrants Day of Action.

In support of our immigrant community, we’ll be hosting our regular HEO lunch meeting series to be in community together and provide support for current crises targeting immigrants in NYC. Please join us for a Know Your Rights (KYR) presentation geared toward APOs and providing general information to the larger community.

We also welcome all those who would like to join us for KYR kit assembly–we’ll be putting together kits for GC distribution and need your help! All materials provided by the HEO steering committee but your hands and joyful spirit are required for their assembly.

We’ll also be looking forward to planning for the next contract negotiation so we can begin strategizing for bargaining.
