Our first PSC/HEO Cross-Campus general meeting for this semester will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 6:30 PM. James Davis, PSC President. will provide a brief overview regarding emerging concerns as well as building momentum toward our next contract negotiation. In addition, the chapter chairs will lead discussion on budding opportunities and emerging challenges directly affecting our work as Higher Education Officers (HEOs) in CUNY.

We encourage all members to wear your union buttons and shirts to work Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Wearing our gear is a simple, visual way to demonstrate our collective strength and unity.
Our strength as a union comes from our collective voice and our shared commitment to one another. Whether it’s advocating for fair wages, safe working conditions, or the resources our students need, our ability to make a difference depends on our active participation.
On Saturday, October 18 we rise to say: no thrones, no crowns, no kings! We refuse to stand by while this administration escalates its authoritarian power grab — sending masked agents into our streets, targeting families, abandoning public education, making college less affordable, kicking millions off healthcare, taking food from hungry children, and waging war on workers’ rights.
In addition, please save the date of Tuesday, October 28. The NY Metro Coalition for Higher Education City Wide Townhall Hands Off Higher Ed: Building Power to Defend our Research, Community, and Freedoms will feature speakers, including AAUP President Todd Wolfson, and time to meet with colleagues from other NYC area institutions on issues of shared interest.
